Maintenance Contracts
One of our core services is in the execution of maintenance contracts for customers in need of ongoing development. If you have regular development needs then this service is likely fit to order for you. You get a reduced rate, development server resources, subversion access, project tracking and management, and a staff of skill web professionals to handle your feature and change requests. You even get a special deal with emergency support - any after hours support task is billed at your regular rate as long as the task does not take more than an hour. If you have such a situation you can contact CF Webtools by emailing sales@cfwebtools.com or calling 402 408 3733.
You sign a block hours agreement with CF Webtools. The agreement stipulates the rate, duration and the size of the block of hours. You pay for the hours in advance. We place the hours into our transparent work order tracking system where they appear as "on account" for your site or project.
As work is needed, work orders are entered and estimated, then approved by you. As developers complete the work they "log" the hours to the system which automatically draws down your account. When your account balance reaches a predetermined level, CF Webtools issues an invoice for another block of hours. You can wait to pay the invoice till you are out of hours, but to maintain your "preferred" rate you need to keep some hours in your account.

Tier 1 & 2 Customers
If you are a customer with substantial work (usually 50 or more hours per month), we elevate the status of your account to "tier 1" or "tier 2". Such customers get preferential treatment, an assigned CF primary and secondary developer, and a work order reviews and updates at our regular staff meetings.
