We created an app, did a complete redesign of the entire site for a new 2.0 look, have provided multiple upgrades to the site including a real-time dashboard in the member profile view, implementation of many AJAX interactions, important social integration with Facebook and have completed many code optimizations which make the site run even faster despite the much richer interface.
